Nurse Practitioner

My mission is to partner with patients to understand their health and take the steps they need to obtain and maintain their best health. This includes working to build enduring relationships with my patients, conducting comprehensive assessments of their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs, putting plans in place to address those needs, and educating them on topics related to their health and wellness.

I believe that wellness and community go together, and this central to my approach with my patients. Loneliness in older adults has been linked to cognitive decline and dementia, while increased relational opportunities can improve all aspects of their health. I’m thrilled to be part of a team where we continually support the social health of our patients and community members – through the partnerships we build with them and the resources we connect them to such as educational seminars, support groups and other community resources. I also work with patients to incorporate consistent exercise into their lifestyle, as this can help stabilize mental health, increase bone and muscle strength, and prevent arthritic issues. Plus, it also improves sleep, increases life longevity, decreases the risk of disease, and can boost your self-confidence.

I love being part of a team that believes and delivers on this.
